The nights are getting longer and colder, so it is time for a new Chilling-practice with Martin, the White.
To relax totally, you have to put a blanket in the ergonomically perfect position to carve yourself into it. Ideally you would use a stomach, to lay down on it. Stomachs are perfect, because they're are warm, soft and move up and down - you're getting into sleep within seconds. If you don't have any stomachs (which are always the better alternative), you have to use the ergonomically perfectly fitted blanket. The next step is, that you banish anything what bothers you off your mind. That works the best, when you think of something beautiful, like for example white mice. Imagine, it is early morning in spring and you're sitting in the middle of a beautiful coloured grassland, it is fuming and smelling sweet everywhere. Your coat is clean and wet from the dew. You're sitting there with pointed ears, motionless, it's no need to hurry and you have all the time of the world - this moment could last until the end of life. And then you hear it, and you will stroke in the right moment... the rest you should imagine only if you're really a cat.
Try this and the result will be the perfect chilling moment.
